Takayuki Ikeda (Tak) has worked as a Human Resources Executive in multinational companies for more than 30 years. Prior to KTP Services, Tak worked as Regional HR Director of a US nutrition company with responsibility for Japan, Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia. Tak has successfully executed new country opening projects and has broad experience of human resources management issues across the region.

In Myanmar Tak reviewed and improved the personnel system and organization at a joint venture company between a major Japanese corporation and large local company from 2019 to 2022. His achievements include: the set-up of a Performance Management System (KPI, Appraisal, Assessment, Promotion), kicking off a Talent Development Process, a thorough review of HR Policies and Procedures, modification of a Job Grading System, and coordination of the reorganization of the company.

He successfully led a new country opening project in Cambodia for a multinational nutrition company. Joining the project in 2012, he assumed responsibility for managing all aspects of HR. This involved the prompt recruitment of local staff, provision of training programs, establishment of work rules, formulation of compensation policies, and oversight of the payroll administration process. The project had a duration of 15 months, and the Cambodia office was successfully opened in 2013.

Tak started his HR career in 1985. He joined the Japanese subsidiary of PepsiCo and worked for Wilson Sporting Goods and PepsiCo Food Service International. Under PepsiCo’s training/education system, he studied Organization Development and Compensation System in Head Office in New York, USA in 1988.

Tak obtained a Facilitator Certificate from DDI (Development Dimensions International, Inc) in the USA in December 2007. His facilitation skills and broad experience mean that he is a successful training leader.

Tak specializes in Performance Management covering the whole process from goal setting to assessment and this includes Talent Development. In the process, he also introduces Effective Time Management and PDCA (Plan Do Check Action). These are easy tools for everybody to use and effective outcomes can be seen immediately.


Kevin Britten

Sopheak Phauk

Sopheak is a Cambodian who has worked for Top Recruitment Cambodia since the company was formed in 2006. He now holds the position of Commercial Director.

He has guided countless Cambodian professionals through the job-search process and he has dealt with just about every major company in the country. He has carried out HR-related projects in the commercial and development sectors.
